Creator Program Terms & Conditions

The BeViral Creator Program is a multi-level program that rewards creators for producing and sharing original video content about the BeViral app. The program consists of three levels, each with its own requirements and rewards. Participation is voluntary and does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and BeViral.

Level 1 — Early Creator: Record and publish a video review (minimum 30 seconds) showcasing BeViral on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. Reward: complimentary Pro access for a limited period. Level 2 — Growth Creator: Achieve 5,000 or more organic views on your submitted video. Reward: extended Pro access and Founding Creator badge. Level 3 — Partner Creator: Available by invitation only to top-performing creators. Reward: lifetime Pro access and potential paid collaboration opportunities. BeViral reserves the right to modify program levels, requirements, and rewards at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app.

As a participant in the Creator Program, you agree to: - Produce and share original short-form video content related to the BeViral app. - Follow the content guidelines provided within the app, which may be updated from time to time. - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when creating and distributing content. - Use the platform's built-in branded content disclosure tools (e.g., TikTok Branded Content toggle, Instagram Paid Partnership label, YouTube Paid Promotion checkbox) when publishing content as part of this program. - Not use misleading claims, fake testimonials, or deceptive practices in your content.

Rewards for Levels 1 and 2 consist of complimentary access to BeViral Pro features for a specified duration. Level 3 may include monetary compensation for paid collaborations, the terms of which will be agreed upon separately. Eligibility for rewards is subject to review and approval by BeViral. Only organic views are eligible — views obtained through paid promotion, boosting, or any artificial means will not count toward level requirements. BeViral reserves the right to update, adjust, or discontinue the reward structure at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the app.

You retain ownership of your original content. However, by participating in the Creator Program, you grant BeViral a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your submitted content for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across all media channels. All intellectual property rights associated with the BeViral app, brand, logos, and materials provided by BeViral remain the exclusive property of BeViral. You agree to use BeViral branding and logos only as provided and solely for the purpose of participating in the program.

Your content must: - Be original and created by you. - Accurately represent the BeViral app and its features. - Not contain false, misleading, or deceptive claims. - Not include unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material. - Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights. - Comply with the content policies of the platform where it is published. BeViral reserves the right to request removal of content that violates these standards.

BeViral may terminate this Agreement and remove a Creator from the program at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. Reasons for removal may include but are not limited to: violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, content that harms the BeViral brand, or program discontinuation. You may leave the program at any time. Upon termination, any active Pro access rewards will remain valid until their expiration date, but no new rewards will be granted.

You agree to treat all non-public information related to the Creator Program — including program metrics, internal communications, and unreleased features — as confidential. You may not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent from BeViral.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeViral and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your participation in the Creator Program; (b) your content; (c) your breach of these terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEVIRAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CREATOR PROGRAM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE VALUE OF REWARDS PROVIDED TO YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Your continued participation in the Creator Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
